Refunds Policy

 We do not accept full box returns. This is a subscription based model and you do run the risk of items not being exactly to your liking (although we hope that is never the case!) 

If you have any expired products, broken or otherwise non functional items, contact us within 5 days at and include a picture of the item and damage. We will replace your item or change it to a comparable item for you at no additional charge. The item must show a sign on damage or expiration of food. You are able to keep the damage or defective item and we will ship to you a new product. This shipping may take 2-4 weeks depending on manufacturer timing and shipping. This will come with a tracking number. 

If you are otherwise unhappy with your box or your items, please contact us at and we will do our best to make you happy again! We all have different interests and likes and will try to accommodate your preferences the best we can if you are not satisfied with our handpicked items.
